1. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Be unworn and unused.
Have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address: 4 rue Cornebasse, 81100 Castres, France.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Problems
We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Refunds

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
8. Refunds

If approved: You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank processing time: Please note that processing by your bank may take a few additional days.
