Your order will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that specific preparation times depend directly on our suppliers. Once your order is validated, we initiate the logistics process with our partners to guarantee the availability and quality of your products.

2. Delivery Methods
● Covered Areas: Metropolitan France.

● Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and volume of the items.

● Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all orders of €120 or more.

3. Tracking and Receipt
As soon as your package is shipped by our carrier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Upon receipt, we invite you to check the condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery driver. In case of any damage or discrepancies, specific reservations must be noted on the delivery slip.
