Each product is accompanied by a description. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding on the Seller.
3. Prices
The prices shown on the product pages are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Horizon Castres reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
● Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
● Payments are made by credit card or any other secure method offered on the website.
5. Shipping and Delivery
In accordance with our shipping conditions:
● Processing time is 5 to 7 business days (depending on our suppliers' delivery times).

All products supplied are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against
hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
8. Liability
In the distance selling process, the seller is only bound by an obligation of

the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other
unintentional problems.
